Germany: Body Is Found Above Plane’s Landing Gear

The Pentagon said Tuesday that members of the military at Ramstein Air Base in Germany had found the body of an adolescent male trapped above the landing gear of a C-130 aircraft after a trip to Africa. The plane had flown from Germany to Senegal, Mali, Chad, Tunisia and Sicily before landing at Ramstein on Sunday, when the body was found, officials said. It was not clear at what point the youth had climbed into the landing gear wheel well.
