Aberystwyth University man campus death inquiry continues Tributes to Liam Wood who died at Aberystwyth University

Police are continuing to investigate the "unexplained" sudden death of a man in his 20s on Aberystwyth University's campus. Staff at Aberystwyth University have paid tribute to Liam Wood, a porter, who was found dead on the campus.
The investigation was launched after the man's body was found at around 19:00 BST on Monday. Mr Wood, who was in his 20s, had worked in Aberystwyth Art Centre for a year and was considered "a hugely valued and well-liked member of the team", a university spokesman said.
Dyfed-Powys Police said the man's family have been informed. The dead man has not yet been named. Dyfed-Powys Police said an inquiry was launched after his body was found at around 19:00 BST on Monday.
Aberystwyth Arts Centre, which is based on the campus, closed on Tuesday due to "unforeseen and sad circumstances". His death is being treated as unexplained by police.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the university said: "Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family and those who worked closely with him."
