On Saturday in Pembrokeshire, a woman driver was killed at the scene of a crash on the A477 Broadmoor to Redberth road at 13:40 BST. William John Brynley Powell, 90, of Abergwesyn, died following a two-vehicle crash on the A483 near Llandovery, Powys, at 15:55 BST on Saturday.

Mr Powell's family said he was returning home from Llandovery, which he visited twice a week to have lunch and buy freshly baked bread, when the collision happened.
Three other people also injured in the incident were taken to hospital.
