Motorcyclist dies after Ballynahinch crash

A motorcyclist has died after he was involved in a crash in County Down.

It happened on the Downpatrick Road in Ballynahinch on Monday evening.

A police spokesman said the collision occurred shortly before 17:50 BST at the road's junction with Mossvale Road.

They have appealed for anyone who was travelling on the Downpatrick Road at the time of the crash to contact them.
