Militants Kidnap About 50 Men From a Village in Iraq

The militants took about 50 men from the village of Tal Ali, about 170 miles north of Baghdad, according to residents. The militants had retreated from the village the day before, fearing an attack by the Iraqi Army. When they left, residents set fire to an Islamic State flag. In Baghdad, two car bombings killed 23 people on Thursday. |
