The owners of Tarves community pharmacy - set up to serve the villages of Tarves, Methlick and Pitmedden - had sought a judicial review. It was over the decision to allow the Haddo Medical Group - a GP practice - to continue to dispense to patients from Pitmedden and Methlick. NHS Grampian said it was studying the Court of Session ruling. Lord Doherty said the review and decision-making processes were conducted in a manner which was procedurally unfair. |
