A 33-year-old man has been charged with rape over an incident in Portadown, County Armagh. A man has appeared in court charged with raping a woman in Portadown, County Armagh last month.
Four men were questioned about the attack on a woman on 25 August. Florin Cirpachi, 33, who is originally from Romania, appeared in Lisburn Magistrates Court on Saturday.
A 21-year-old man has been released on bail pending further enquiries. Two men, aged 20 and 24, were remanded in custody at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Friday. The judge described the case as "very serious", and remanded him in custody to appear in court again next week.
