Version 0 of 1.

Rescue workers on Tuesday dug a woman out of the rubble of a building that collapsed Friday at a church compound outside Lagos, the capital. Calling her “very, very lucky,” a spokesman for Nigeria’s emergency agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, said she walked away with only a slight injury to her hand. The death toll rose to at least 60 on the sprawling campus of the televangelist T. B. Joshua’s church. However, President Jacob Zuma of South Africa said that 67 South Africans alone had died. The source of the discrepancy was not immediately clear. Mr. Joshua has accused Islamic extremists of causing the building collapse, but Mr. Farinloye blamed poor construction work.
