Indecent assault on girl, six, in south Belfast

The police are investigating a report that a six-year-old girl was indecently assaulted by an older schoolboy in south Belfast.

The alleged attack happened in Findon Gardens, Taughmonagh, between 16:20 BST and 16:50 BST on Friday.

Detective Sergeant Ciara Mullan said: "I would appeal to anyone with any information that they feel might help the investigation to contact us."
