Two women raped in separate incidents in Oxford

An 18-year-old woman was attacked in Brewer Street in the city centre by a black man in his 20s about 02:00 BST. A second woman, 19, was raped after being followed into a flat in Roosevelt Drive, Headington between 02:00 and 03:00 by a white man in his 40s or 50s. Thames Valley Police are not linking the two incidents and have appealed for witnesses to come forward. The white attacker is of skinny to medium build with grey hair and wearing a dark hooded jacket, a grey shirt and dark blue jeans. The black suspect is described as having short black hair and wearing dark grey jeans and a light grey T-shirt. |
