Former British Army employee arrested under Operation Eleveden

Version 0 of 1. A 25-year-old woman, formerly employed by the British Army, has been arrested as part of the continuing investigation by Scotland Yard into alleged unlawful leaks to newspapers. The woman is the 87th person to be detained under Operation Elveden, an investigation launched in January 2012 in the wake of the phone-hacking scandal. She is currently in custody at a police station in Nottinghamshire on suspicion for conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office. |
