A 69-year-old man accused of murdering two teenagers in 1977 has gone on trial. A jury has been shown photographs of the bodies of two teenagers found murdered in East Lothian 37 years ago.
Angus Sinclair denies punching, kicking, raping and strangling 17-year-olds Helen Scott and Christine Eadie. Helen Scott and Christine Eadie were last seen at the World's End pub in Edinburgh in October 1977.
The women were last seen alive at the World's End pub on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. Their bodies were found six miles apart in East Lothian. Angus Sinclair, 69, denies punching, kicking, raping and strangling the 17-year-olds.
