A spokesman for North West Leicestershire District Council said any tenants who suffered damage to their properties could contact the council for assistance.
The shopping centre reopened at noon after council workers cleared away debris, with only Store Twenty One remaining closed, the spokesman added.
Council leader Richard Blunt said: "We are extremely grateful that no-one was hurt and are working with the police and other organisations to clean up the damage caused."
