There are two entrances to the caravan park, both are sealed off by police.
I've been talking to a couple of local people who told me this is a caravan park of 16 acres with about 50 mobile homes, and the site has been here 20 years.
We've no idea of the ages of the children although we were told by a gentleman earlier on they were young children.
