I’ve written a novel. Publishers seem to like it, but no one will offer me a deal so I’m thinking of self-publishing. Will I spend more than I make? And what is the optimum price? Too expensive and people won’t buy it; too cheap and they’ll think it’s rubbish. Have any of your readers made a success of self-publishing? If so, how?
