Eyewitnesses said the driver appeared to have been slumped over the wheel of the vehicle, which went out of control in Queen Street and George Square. A 14-year-old girl, who was among 10 people injured in the tragedy, has also been discharged.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde confirmed that two of the 10 people injured in the accident still remain in hospital. A 64-year-old woman remains in a stable condition at the city's Royal Infirmary. A police report into the crash is due out at the end of January.
