Cambridge v Manchester United opens TV coverage of FA Cup fourth round

Cambridge United’s FA Cup tie with Manchester United will be shown live by BBC One on Friday 23 January.

The fourth-round tie at the Abbey Stadium, which kicks off at 7.55pm, will be the first of six matches televised by the BBC and BT Sport from 23 to 26 January.

On Saturday 24 January, BBC Wales will show Blackburn Rovers v Swansea City (12.45pm) while Liverpool v Bolton Wanderers will be televised by BT Sport (5.30pm).

Sunday brings another double-header with either Doncaster Rovers or Bristol City taking on Everton or West Ham United at 2pm, live on BBC One.

At 4pm on BT Sport, Brighton & Hove Albion play host to the holders, Arsenal, at the Amex Stadium.

Finally on Monday evening, League One Rochdale, who defeated Nottingham Forest in the third round, welcome Stoke City and the match will be shown on BT Sport (7.55pm).

Each club selected for coverage by BT Sport and BBC One receive £144,000 while BBC Wales pay £48,000 to Blackburn and Swansea.

The prize money for winning teams in the fourth round is £90,000.
