A pedestrian has died after being hit by a car early on Sunday morning in Monmouthshire. A van driver has been arrested after a pedestrian died on the A449 in Monmouthshire.
Gwent Police said the male was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision southbound on the A449 near Usk at about 05:40 GMT.
