Four people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in hospital from stab wounds. A fifth person has been arrested over the murder of a man who died after an altercation in Surrey.
Surrey Police said the man in his 20s was injured following an altercation involving people in a Vauxhall Corsa car and a van in Aldershot Road, Guildford, on Monday. The victim, 24, died from stab wounds in hospital after an incident involving people in a Vauxhall Corsa car and a van in Guildford on Monday afternoon.
He was taken in the van to hospital but was pronounced dead later. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of assisting an offender. A woman, 36, and a 24-year-old man are also being questioned.
Two men and two women, all in their 20s, are being held in custody. The man who died has not yet been named. A 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman have been released on bail.

Officers said three of the people in custody were arrested in the local area shortly after the attack, and one was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday in London. A post-mortem examination found the cause of death to be a single stab wound to the chest.

Police were called to the Royal Surrey County Hospital following reports that a man from the local area had been admitted with stab injuries at about 15:35 GMT, following an altercation in Aldershot Road.
