Police have closed roads around Trafalgar Court, Brigade Road at Rossdowney roundabout and advised people to avoid the area of Jeffrey Avenue and Harkness Gardens. Jeffrey Avenue remains closed, but residents of other nearby streets have been allowed to return home.
