His great nephew, William McGinley, was charged with the murder and also the attempted murder of the victim's son. | |
The 26-year-old, from Lisfarrell, Edgeworthstown, County Longford, was remanded in custody. His father, Patrick McGinley, appeared in court two weeks ago charged with the same murder. | |
