Firefighters are tackling a fire at a primary school in Haverfordwest which has been described by the fire service as "serious". A fire which caused serious damage to a primary school in Haverfordwest is being treated as suspicious by police.

Mid and West Wales Fire Service sent four fire engines and other specialist appliances to the scene, according to a spokesman. The school, which has around 200 pupils aged between three and 11, is closed while staff assess the damage.
At present, there is no information on the cause of the fire. No-one was injured in the blaze, which needed four Mid and West Wales Fire Service crews to bring under control.
The blaze, described as "serious" by the fire service, caused extensive damage to the school's main building.
Memorabilia and pupils' work was also destroyed.
A new school building is currently under construction at the Roman Catholic school.
Dyfed-Powys Police have appealed for witnesses.
