The dead boy has been named locally as Ciaran Williamson. The family of Ciaran James Williamson said he died after "a tragic accident" at Craigton Cemetery, in the Cardonald area, at about 19:25 on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to Craigton Cemetery in the Cardonald area of the city at about 19:25 on Tuesday. He was pronounced dead at Yorkhill Hospital, where one of the 10-year-olds remains in a stable condition.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Police and emergency services responded to reports of three boys having been injured within Craigton Cemetery in the Cardonald area of Glasgow. In a short statement issued by police, Ciaran's family said: "We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that our son Ciaran James Williamson sadly passed away in a tragic accident at Craigton Crematorium.
"An eight-year-old boy was taken to Yorkhill Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. A 10-year-old boy was also taken to Yorkhill where hospital staff described his condition as stable. "We would respectfully ask that you respect our privacy at this distressing time."
"Another 10-year-old boy was taken to South Glasgow University Hospital and has since been discharged. Det Insp Tom McKean, of Police Scotland, said: "This is such a tragic set of circumstances and our thoughts are with Ciaran's family.
"Inquiries are continuing to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident however officers are not treating it as suspicious. "Inquiries are ongoing, however the incident is not being treated as suspicious and a full report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
