A memorial for the victims of a triple murder is being held a week after their deaths.

Derrin Jordon, aged six, her mother Janet Jordon, 48, and partner Philip Howard, 44, were stabbed to death in their home in Didcot on 23 May.

St Peter's Church has opened its doors for people to "light a candle, pray or just be with others".

Jed Allen, 21, the prime suspect and half-brother of Derrin and son of Janet, was found dead on Monday.

Revd Hannah Reynolds said: "Over the last couple of days we have found that people who were away over the weekend have come back wanting a way to express their sorrow over what has happened".

The families of the murder victims described their deaths as an "unimaginable" tragedy.

Post-mortem examinations confirmed all three died from multiple stab wounds.
