http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-33235793 Version 0 of 1. A teenage boy has pleaded guilty to assault after a video was posted on Facebook which appeared to show another boy being bullied. The 13-year-old, who can not be named because of his age, appeared before a youth court at Swindon Magistrates' Court. He was given a nine-month referral order. Another boy, 14, previously pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm. He will be sentenced next week. In the video, which was watched more than 50,000 times on the social media site, a 17-year-old boy is shown surrounded by a group of teenagers. He is told to get on his knees and kiss another boy's shoes and asked if he "wants a broken jaw". The boy is then punched on the side of the head and falls to the ground. The whole attack, which was described as "very serious" in court, was filmed by another boy who posted the footage online. In a statement, the 17-year-old victim said the experience had left him "feeling scared of going out" and unable to sleep properly due to having bad dreams. |
