Kinder surprise for suspected burglar Lee Fennessey

An alleged burglar included on Greater Manchester Police's "most wanted" list has been arrested while carrying cocaine hidden inside a Kinder egg.

Lee Fennessey, 38, failed to return to an open prison in May and was wanted in connection with several burglaries in Oldham.

He was arrested in Manchester's North Quarter on Thursday night, police said.

Greater Manchester Police said he was held on suspicion of burglary, robbery and assault, and remains in custody.
