The Victoria College pupil from St Lawrence was found unconscious on Rue de Becquet Vincent in Trinity at about 09:45 BST on Sunday by a woman walking her dog. He died in hospital. Two other pupils aged 16 and 15 were arrested soon after on suspicion of murder. Five teenagers, including four from Victoria College, where he was a pupil, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Two teenagers, aged 16, were arrested on Sunday night, police said. The school has offered its "sincerest sympathy" to Morgan's family.

Victoria College is a government-owned, fee-paying selective school.
Police said officers would be deployed at the school "working in support of students and staff".
A post mortem is scheduled for Tuesday.
