At least 150 injured as two trains collide near Johannesburg, South Africa, medics tell BBC At least 120 people have been injured after two trains collided near South Africa's largest city, Johannesburg, paramedics medics have told the BBC.

A spokesperson for ER24 paramedic service told the BBC that the injuries range from minor to serious and there have been no fatalities.
It is unclear what the cause of the crash was.
The spokesperson said at least 85 people had been admitted to hospital and paramedics were treating others at the scene.
According to South African news provider News 24 one of the trains was derailed in the crash.
Pictures from the scene being shared on social media suggest some children are among the injured.
