He replied: "Well yes, that's the intention, but of course what will happen in England is that social services will be hammered and we can't have a scenario where social services are in decline in Wales because that's got a direct link with the health service. | |
"But of course, as people would expect us to do, we'll be finding resources for the health service as we've done with education and we've protected school spending in Wales because we know that these are important for the people of Wales." | |
