Italy: Dozens of Migrants Feared Drowned Near Libya

As many as 40 African migrants are believed to have drowned after their inflatable boat sank off the coast of Libya, survivors told the United Nations refugee agency on Thursday after reaching Italy. The aid group Save the Children reported that about 80 survivors had been rescued by a German Navy vessel. |
