But the best is yet to come | Richard Ackland The Independent Commission Against Corruption had tried to investigate claims the prosecutor advised her son’s girlfriend Sophia Tilley to fake chest pains after a 2014 car crash to avoid a blood alcohol test. But the high court in April said the investigations did not fall within the scope of Icac’s functions. NSW solicitor general Michael Sexton SC said his office wouldn’t indict Cunneen over the allegations. |
