Locals have been helping in the search for a man who has been missing in the Highlands since last weekend. Local volunteers have rejoined search efforts as concern grows for a man who has gone missing in the Highlands.

Police Scotland said nearly 170 local people took part in a search on Tuesday night. Police Scotland said nearly 170 people helped out with efforts on Tuesday night, with almost 100 joining on Wednesday.
The volunteers, led by local police, searched along the beach front, dunes and surrounding areas. Efforts are expected to resume on Wednesday. Searches have taken place around the town and shore area, with an appeal to also check gardens and outbuildings.
Mr Simpson was last seen at 01:30 hours on Sunday, leaving the show dance.
The volunteers are joining police, search and rescue dogs, Coastguard and RAF Mountain Rescue Team crews - with a police helicopter also being deployed.
Chief Inspector Colin Gough said: "A huge number of people turned up last night and now again this morning to take part in searches.
"We would again urge local residents to continue to search gardens, outbuildings and sheds for anything that may assist search efforts.
"As time passes we are becoming increasingly anxious for Lachlan's wellbeing but are committed to utilising all resources available to us, in conjunction with the tremendous efforts from the local community, to locate him as soon as possible."
