It is believed he had been sitting on the roof of the building when he fell backwards into the chimney, the Metropolitan police said. Yuko Owen, a resident of the building, told Press Association the victim was a student who lived in the flats, adding: “His parents are very wealthy. He’s an ordinary boy who seems nice.”
