A man has died after it is believed he took drugs at a music festival. An 18-year-old man has died after taking drugs at a music festival, police believe.

The man was found in a critical condition and later died, while a woman, 29, remains in a critical but stable condition. Three men are "serious but stable", police said. A blue tablet bearing an Adidas logo, a light green pill with white flecks, and a similar, grey tablet had been identified, they said.

"You cannot be sure of what the drug contains and this therefore could cause fatal consequences," he said.
A spokesman for the festival said organisers were "deeply saddened" by the man's death.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and we are doing everything possible to support the police," he said.
The North West Ambulance Service said five ambulances attended the scene at Penrith at about 06:42 BST.
