Monkey’s unlikely media pundit of the day: Lily Allen. The singer has posted on Instagram a picture of a story written by Monkey’s colleague Mark Sweney about the latest Audit Bureau of Circulation figures which show the Sun on Sunday’s sales have risen - boosted by coverage of Lord Sewel and Lily’s collapse at Glastonbury. Above the picture of the story Lily has written: “Still got it”. Certainly made Monkey smile. Still as Lily says in her song The Fear: “I’ll look at The Sun and I’ll look in the Mirror. I’m on the right track yeah I’m on to a winner.”
