It is believed the woman, who is thought to be in her 30s, was posing for a photo at Bare Island, off La Perouse, when she was swept into the water on Sunday afternoon, police say. The islet, near Botany Bay, was once a military fort and is now a popular spot for snorkelling and scuba diving. Search at Bare Island has concluded with the body of a female being located. RIP. |
