The funeral procession made its way to the crematorium from Broadwater Green, where scores of cyclists had gathered. Scores of cyclists, many from the Worthing Excelsior Cycling Club, joined the funeral procession at Broadwater Green

Mr Lock had recently celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary with his wife Maureen and had also been given the all-clear from cancer. Mourners had been asked by Mr Lock's family to wear the dark blue, light blue and white colours of both the cycling club and Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club, of which he was a season ticket holder.
They were also asked to bring a single blue or white flower to place on the coffin with donations to the Help for Heroes charity.
Mr Lock had recently celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary with his wife Maureen and had also been given the all-clear from prostate cancer.
He had a son and daughter, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
