Even so, this garage, which has been advertised as a “studio flat” could be yours to own for £177,000 in the heart of one of London’s most expensive areas. The garage in Knightsbridge, which measures at 5.15 m x 2.75 m is being sold on a 41 year leasehold. It comes with an electric door and an internal light. A spokesperson the estate agents listing the garage explained that the garage had been advertised incorrectly due to an issue with its database. Douglas & Gordon has since taken the listing down, he added. The spokesperson apologised for the error and said: “Our bespoke data base does not distinguish between flats and garages but we have taken the listing down and we’re working to rectify it.” |
