Firefighters believe there are still people trapped in the rubble, London Fire Brigade said.
A London Ambulance Service spokesman said they were called at 2140 BST.
The spokesman said: "There are three casualties.
"The first is a 26-year-old man suffering from a serious head injury.
"He has been taken to Northwick Park hospital.
"The second is a 17-year-old female who is suffering from burns and has been taken to Chelsea and Westminster hospital.
"The third patient has minor injuries and is being assessed on the scene."

A spokesman for London Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 9.40pm tonight to reports of an explosion on Stanley Road in Harrow. Six fire engines and 30 firefighters remain at the scene.
"We have sent four ambulances, a fast response team and our hazardous area response team. The blast site is less than half a mile from a block of flats where there was a gas explosion in February.
"We are still currently on scene dealing with three patients." One man was injured and nearby homes were evacuated.
