Three people have been injured and others left trapped when two cottages collapsed in a gas explosion in Harrow, north-west London. A man has been killed and three other people injured in a gas explosion which demolished two cottages in Harrow, north-west London.

Firefighters believe there are still people trapped in the rubble, London Fire Brigade said. Firefighters rescued two people from the blast site and said they believed others were still trapped.
