Passengers have been stuck on trains for several hours - though none of the trains have been in the tunnel itself.

Engineers are investigating what repairs are needed and Eurotunnel said it is unsure how long this would take. Eurotunnel said it expected repairs to be completed "very soon" and trains to restart soon.
Passengers are being offered a transfer to Dover and then travel on to Calais by ferry. Eurostar, which apologised for the problems, said the 19:01 BST to Paris Gare Du Nord would be its first service to resume from St Pancras.
Delays are building on the M20 towards Folkestone because of the problems that started at around 14:00 BST. A spokesman for Eurotunnel said extra freight services would be rescheduled on Tuesday night but warned it would take some time to clear the backlog.
Eurostar says it has suspended check-in for trains due to travel this evening, adding: "We have had to cancel all services planned to depart before 18:00 UK time and 19:00 Continental time". Earlier, passengers were offered transfers to Dover and on to Calais by ferry.
