The policemen were driving towards Rostrevor on the coast road outside Warrenpoint when the accident happened at about 0400 GMT on Sunday. Their vehicle crashed and burst into flames on the Warrenpoint to Rostrevor Road as they were answering a call at about 0400 GMT on Sunday.
