Abduction accused set for court Relatives face abduction charge
(about 9 hours later)
Two people have been charged with child abduction, the police have said. The father, uncle and aunt of a County Tyrone schoolboy have appeared in court charged with his abduction.
A man, aged 39, and a woman, aged 36, are to appear before Dungannon Magistrates Court later. Tyrone McFall, 14, had been missing since November. Police found him on Tuesday at his uncle's Dungannon home.
A Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesperson said the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecutions Service, as is normal procedure. Shane McFall, his wife Tanya and Tyrone's father, Damien McFall, denied the charges at court in Dungannon.
Tyrone McFall, 14, was discovered by police officers during searches in Dungannon on Tuesday after going missing in November. The men were refused bail. Mrs McFall was granted bail on the condition she does not approach any witnesses or contact the boy.
