The three who died were all from Cullen. Both families said at the time they were devastated. Irene Addison, mother of the sisters, said: "I don't want anyone to experience what I have had to endure."
She added: "Whatever happens to the driver will not change my life. My children are dead, but people need to take responsibility for their actions."
