A light aircraft has crash landed in a field at Irvinestown, County Fermanagh. | |
Two people were on board the plane when the pilot reported engine failure. It is understood one of them, a female, was airlifted to the Erne hospital. | |
The other person, a man, is believed to have been able to walk away. Firefighters had to to cut open the plane's roof to get at the occupants. | |
It happened at about 1415 BST three miles from St Angelo airfield, believed to have been the plane's destination. | |
Police and fire crews are at the scene. |
