A pedestrian has been killed and a motorbike rider injured in a serious rush hour accident on the outskirts of Aberdeen. A man has been killed after being hit by a motorbike during the rush hour on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
The Scottish Ambulance Service and Grampian Police were called to the scene of the accident on the A96 at about 1545 GMT. Grampian Police said the accident happened as the man crossed the A96, near Marshall Trailers, at about 1545 BST on Friday.
The crash happened citybound, north of the Aberdeen Airport roundabout. The rider of the BMW motorbike is being treated by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
