The court heard that Mr Richardson and Ms Napper, spotted the vehicle with its key in the ignition. She told the court: "I was just fixed on his image in the car with his eyes glaring at me and his lips pressed against the window, frothing at the mouth, saying 'if you don't get out of the way, I'm going to .... kill you'."
Ms Johnson said she "felt this thud" when the car hit her.
"I could feel my body floating in the air and landing on the floor," she said.
The court heard that Mr Richardson and Ms Napper, had spotted the vehicle with its key in the ignition.

Ms Johnson leaned over the car bonnet to stop the pair driving away, but Mr Richardson, 34, accelerated, driving over her, the jury was told.
