A security alert has closed down part of southern Germany's Munich airport with one report talking of a suspect laptop, according to media reports. Part of southern Germany's Munich airport has been closed down after explosive traces were found on a laptop, police told media.
More soon. The owner of the laptop fled into a secured area after the laptop tested positive for explosives, and a search was launched for him.
About 12 flights to destinations in Germany and abroad have been delayed, an airport spokesman said.
The security breach reportedly happened shortly after 1500 (1400 GMT).
