Mr Akinyemi, of Cheetham Hill, Manchester, is thought to have known Mr Coghlan, 39, who was taken to hospital. The body of Stephen Akinyemi, of Cheetham Hill, Manchester, was found in a bathroom at the property.
Mr Coghlan is under arrest on suspicion of murder and is now in police custody. Mr Coghlan was treated in hospital and is now in police custody.
