Nick Clegg says that, if there is a "balanced" Parliament after the election, the party with the "moral mandate" to govern will be that chosen by most voters. If the Lib Dems have any role in government, they will focus on tax reforms, cleaning up politics, education and health, Mr Clegg adds.
